More than just an office space

  • We offer office space from 20 m² to 68 m². Offices located next to each other can be flexibly connected. This allows you to quickly and unbureaucratically increase or decrease your office space.
  • Sufficient free parking spaces are available for you and your employees and customers. While you are working in your office, you can comfortably charge your e-car at one of our 4 charging stations. An environmentally conscious service for our companies.
  • To make you feel comfortable in your offices, you can of course – after consultation – paint the walls in a different color or, for example, lay wood laminate flooring. Remember: you spend a lot of time in your office, so you need to feel comfortable there! We will be happy to support you in this!
  • In summer you can move your office to the garden. W-Lan, a large work table (with electricity of course) or deck chairs are ready for your office in the garden. Why not leave the office for once and get new inspiration in the garden? Brainstorm and get new ideas in a casual atmosphere? Always worth a try!
  • Our team is on site for you every day. We try to keep all bureaucratic procedures as low as possible. Our offices are always open for you!
  • If you need assistance in your office, we are happy to provide you with our office service for paperwork, archiving or labeling. We simply charge by the hour.
  • You are not looking for an office, but only a business address? We offer you a virtual office with many incentives. You can rent our seminar rooms at discounted rates, use our mail and phone service, and be part of our community.
  • We also welcome coworkers. We also welcome hourly, weekly or monthly creatives in our coworking offices. You can find more information here.
  • Zeitgeist restaurant is open daily. Sometimes you need to leave the office for a short break, a coffee or lunch with colleagues, clients or friends. You don’t have to leave for that.
