We are more than a business park. We are a place of communication and encounter.
The South Quarter (Südquartier) business centre brings a new city district to life as a meeting point for encounter and exchange. It offers a solid basis for mobilising commonalities and cooperation, a chance to take up the challenges and opportunities of the future.
Do you want to establish or expand a company or are you looking for suitable premises? Preferably with a first-class business address, optimum infrastructure and an inviting ambience? Are parking spaces, a reception service and postal service of importance to you? Would a professional security service be advantageous? Full Service
Communication is important to us. It is the basis of a good partnership.
To us, being a partner means being visible. And available. After all, around 55 companies with approximately 150 employees could need anything at any time.
That is why our Front Office is occupied from Monday to Thursday from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and on Fridays from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Do you need a building technology engineer or a cleaning service? How about a central postal service or a professional office service? Perhaps you have some general questions, or could we perhaps organise something for you? Would you like us to set up a seminar room for you? All important aspects?
In that case we have a mutual understanding of what service means.

We would like to support you with:
- Various forms of clerical work
• Copying, scanning
• Analogue and digital filing and
• archiving
• Info mail (labeling, stuffing envelopes etc. up to 1,000 pieces)
• Telephone service
• Special work, also in your own office (filing, archiving etc.)
No fixed monthly charges. Our services are billed on an hourly basis (€ 20.00 net) according to the actual time expended
Team
